STORY: tabulate popup html #72

As a user I would like the popup to be organized and easy to navigate

Acceptance Test:

  1. Open a google chrome window.
  2. Click on the dictext icon to the right of the url bar and click it.
  3. Look for tab names at the top of the popup window.
  4. Click on each tab name and examine whether new information is displayed in the popup upon clicking.
