Upload frontend code to cheshire.cse.buffalo.edu and prep server to execute frontend code so it is accessible via LAN ip adress whill on the UB network.

Task test: Frontend code is accessible via cheshire.cse.buffalo.edu /web/CSE442-542/2019-Fall/cse-442d/frontend and is executable by running npm start
