Copy backend code to tethys.cse.buffalo.edu and update the backend_host variable in the frontend's .env so it can connect to the backend over UB's network

Task test: The code has been uploaded, however, the cheshire servers can't execute python code. Work arounds have been evaluated, and now the server will be hosted via a private computer using port forwarding so the website is accessible via the web.
