Registering Users

As faculty/student I want to be able to create an account for myself so I can access the website.

• [x] Username needs to accept only unique entries
• [x] Username needs to accept only email entries
• [x] Needs field that accepts a first name and stores it
• [x] Needs field that accepts a middle name and stores it
• [x] Needs field that accepts a last name and stores it
• [x] have 2 password fields that store the password if they match and are strong
