Profile Picture

The faculty/student can change their profile picture of account so they others can see who they are.

As a faculty/student I want to change my profile picture of my account so that others can see who I am.

Acceptance List:

• [ ] Student profile access will allow student to open profile
• [ ] Student will be able to select edit profile picture
• [ ] Can select and change profile picture with a custom one
• [ ] Profile picture placeholder picture displays on profile
