Task-Tim- In individual row allow user to edit note.

Task Test: (1) Open website and click on Tracker tab (2) Click add button (3) input date, duration, and notes then click blue add button (4) Input fields should become available once again (5) Save changes functionality is not necessary for this task to pass

QA Test: I was able to go through test steps, test passed.
