Created two entries in "courses" table to test basic querying.

Populated courses table with sample data on local machine and on tethys. Added a MYSQL sql file to the repo for easy transferring of database between workstations (only temporary solution). Had to directly update the develop branch with the file in question. See commit ca942e9
