Spotify Song Categorization #17

As an admin, I want to be able to classify the feeling of a song using various metrics provided by Spotfiy (danceability, tempo, etc) so I can fit that song into a specific category.

Acceptance Test:

In the tests folder, open up "songs_by_valence.txt". This file is a list of 300 recommended songs listed by valence values, which are a measure of emotional positivity. Tester can verify that song values are correct and in proper order.
