Play old playlists #52

As someone who enjoys the application, I want to be able to access older playlists made by the application in the application, so that I can quickly switch to other playlists that I had enjoyed.

For testing purposes start the application and have tester find the panel where the old playlists are at and have them determine what they would click to load that playlist and how to start that playlist.
