When the character has less than 100% mana, move the character to a mana potion (item) and make sure that mana is regenerated.

When the character has less than 100% mana, move the character to a mana potion (item) and make sure that mana is regenerated.
Add Mana Item (blue potion) to map and when player interacts with the mana item, replenish player's mana.
