Task - Defense Icon Appears While Active #141

After the player picks up the defense item (shield) there will be a defense icon above the Health/Mana bars. This only shows up while defense is active on the player.

Task Test:

Move the player to a defense item (shield) and make sure that the defense icon appears above the Health/Mana bar for the right amount of time (while defense is active).
