Save marker information to backend after placement

We need to POST the marker everytime a user places a marker, then GET and display all the user's markers when logging in

A user logs in
- Backend POST is called when finishing placing a marker on the map
- Backend GET is called when the user logs out and in again, with the previous marker being displayed
