Get marker information for the selected users map view

Description

With the backend, we should now be making requests to the server for the pins of the user that we are pulling up.

Acceptance Test

• Log in with a user profile and drop a pin. If I close the app and then log back in, i should be able to see that same pin with that same description
• The empty map views from the friends list now pull from that friends id
