Implement Marker Edit Submission

Description

When pressing a submit button in the marker editing dialog it performs the necessary changes to save the new marker.

Acceptance Test

• Pressing the submit button causes the editing dialog to close
• After the dialog has closed it updates the marker title and description as well as any necessary information that has been added/removed.
