Caravans cannot leave the map when there is enough space #571

Describe the bug !!! bug description here !!!

Steps to reproduce the behavior (VERY IMPORTANT)

  1. Land on mountainous tiles
  2. Form caravan in world map

Error Log !!! Link to contents of Player.log or Error.log (MUST BE LINK) !!! !!! Link to HugsLib log. (MUST BE LINK) !!! No errors, recreatable with save.
