Issue is related to issue https://github.com/cseelhoff/RimThreaded/issues/639 [Save Our Ship 2] SOS2 Ship Generation Issues however discord user Simonlagun found a way to reproduce the bug in vanilla rimworld.
Steps to reproduce the behavior (VERY IMPORTANT)
Open the save attached or create a new save in a temperate swamp biome
Turn on dev mode
In the "debug options menu" click on Make Colony (Full) under Autotests
The game should freeze briefly
The base should only partially spawn and an error should show in the logs.
