Mortar forced targeting doesn't work unless a shell is loaded. is this normal? #741

Describe the bug

I noticed i cant designate a forced target for the mortar, the red targeting circle doesn't appear

Edit: It seems to have fixed itself a bit later Edit 2: Loading a shell makes the targeting work, not sure if this is normal or not

Steps to reproduce the behavior (VERY IMPORTANT)

  1. Place a mortar
  2. Try to set a forced target.
  3. The targeting circle doesn't appear
  4. No error is generated
  5. Load a shell into the mortar
  6. Now you can set the forced target

Turns out, this is normal behaviour. i find it strange, but its not a bug
