Don't allow CC charge attempts below stripe $0.50 limit #307

[Sat Feb 25 12:23:41.006738 2017] [:error] [pid 14630:tid 140542659442432] stripe.error.InvalidRequestError: Amount must be at least 50 cents

I wonder if this is a new limit, o/w I'm really shocked that this hasn't come up before.
