New worker version: solena_worker_202310241209. It has bug fixes and feature enhancements. Bug fixes relate to WAPI, frame-by-frame realignment and reference tissue kinetic models. The feature enhancements also relate to the *RTM* variants, LEO and LEA. In detail, now we have an extensive list of these models:
RTM: non-linear reference tissue model with 4 fitted parameters,
SRTM: non-linear reference tissue model with 3 fitted parameters,
SRTM2: non-linear reference tissue model with 2 fitted parameters. The k2 in reference region (k2r) is assumed to be the same and fixed in all regions so the user has to supply its value from a prior fit. See solena_docFunction dokinfit:SRTM2 for details.
RTM3P: non-linear reference tissue model with 3 fitted parameters. It is a reparameterization of SRTM and can fit k2r as a global, shared parameter between GM, and separately WM, ROIs.
RTM4P: non-linear reference tissue model with 4 fitted parameters. Reparameterization of RTM, can fit k2r and/or k4 globally.
RTM5P: non-linear reference tissue model with 5 fitted parameters. Assumes separate compartment for non-specific binding for which its "binding potential" (NS) and its efflux rate constant (k6) is fitted. It can do global fit of these parameters (one or more can be selected for global fitting): k2r, k4, NS, k6.
MRTM: multilinear reference tissue model with 3 fitted parameters.
MRTM2: multilinear reference tissue model with 2 fitted parameters, fitting to the ROI TACs. k2r is assumed to be the same and fixed in all regions so the user has to supply its value from a prior fit. See solena_docFunction dokinfit:MRTM2 for details.
MRTM2b: alternative multilinear reference tissue model with 2 fitted parameters, fitting to the integral of the ROI TACs. k2r is assumed to be the same and fixed in all regions so the user has to supply its value from a prior fit.
