nanopub template on the nano pub web app constractor #114

@ronentk @pepoospina ,so far, from what I see, we are missing:

  1. relations URIs are still not pulled from CoSMO, not that schema.org/kewords is in another table. See the link. I can add all the new relations and classes to the same SensNetOntology table if it makes things easier for pulling URI's. @ronentk Let me know.
  2. We need to add the triplet this:assertion <http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#comment> "post text"
  3. Then there is the new provenance template. You can see an example of it here. Let me know what you think.

Otherwise, it looks great!
