Add tagging for posts with no reference (URL)

These should be tagged as <no-ref> and not passed to the LLM for further processing.

Need to also account for posts that have a video/image embed - in this case they will also have a URL in the tweet text eg https://twitter.com/HarvardPSC/status/1722102271792603452
