Rotator controler - does not react when position is Az<10 El<10 #135

Hi. Just to indicate issue I'm struggling with. Gpredict 1.3 under Linux. Using rotctld. Rotator controller will not react (will not track, or respond to manually change position with buttons, when current position of the rotator is Azimuth<10° or Elevation<10°. Rotctld react correctly when giving orders with "echo" commands for example. When initial rotator position changed to above 10°/10° Gpredict works fine. Equipment here is SPID Rot2ProG, rotctld 3.0.1, Gpredict rotator settings cycle 3000ms, tolerance 1deg.
