Improvement: Alarm for next pass #187

Hi, gPredict is awesome. Would be nice to right click at the next pass countdown and be able to set an alarm. In this case we could get some beeps to inform that the pass is about to happen and would't lose a pass.

Not quite what you asked for, but I've added support for playing a .wav file on AOS or LOS in this branch: https://github.com/csete/gpredict/pull/192
