Make range circles and labels optional #223

Reduce clutter with many satellites on the map by allowing ranges and name labels to be turned off. Name labels reappear when satellite is selected.

Hi @brookst,

I have merged this patch into a new branch feature/coverage because I'd like to extend it a bit, see issue #242. Let me know what you think about that idea.
