Frequency and Transponder edit #271

Hello Everyone. I have been looking and asking for help for months on many groups and mailing list with no replies.

I am hoping someone can help me please.

Can someone tell me the locations for Linux and windows and file names I need to edit the frequencies and transponder order for the satellites I track.

NOAA 15, 18 and 19 are APT sats but NOAA-15 default transponder is set to HRPT in GPredict. How can the user choose or edit the satellite transponder list to set which transponder mode their want to be their default.

Please help. Thank You Vince.

On linux, the transponder files are located in ~/.config/Gpredict/trsp and same path on windows under Documents and Settings (I think). However, be aware that your manual changes will be overwritten the next time you run an update from the web.

There is an open issue #191 to add support for a default transponder.
