Tool Idea: Authoring using IMS Common Cartridge #2

The idea is that folks would wander around the Internet and decide they like 
links and/or 
documents.  These links and documents would be pulled into the authoring 
environment.  Within 
the environment they could be ordered and synched.

These things could be exported and exchanged using IMS CC.  ALso students could 
use these as a 
guide as they surfed learning materials.
