This PR updates the outdated swapi.co domain to the new subdomain swapi.py4e.com. Note that this change, while necessary, will render a number of code screencasts out-of-date, e.g., SIADS 611, Week 2 SWAPI PostgreSQL/JSON.
The PR also adds a VS Code exclusion to .gitignore.
