What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Show quicklook of file "UTF-16CzechSource.applescript" - included
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Preview of Applescript file as "USEnglish Source.applescript".
Instead of correct script preview I see 3 characters "??-" - see included
screenshot.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Works fine with file "USEnglish Source.applescript" - included, but not work if
the file is in UTF-16 encoding
AppleScript editor in Mac OS X 10.7 save .applescritpt files in Western by
default, but if contain any non-US ASCII character ApplescriptEditor save it in
UTF16 by default.
