Tidy up the repo #1

This new repository now needs tidying:

Check that git filter-branch has been used to remove all unwanted dependency binaries
Check that the solution name is correct
Remove further irrelevant files
Check that tests project name is correct
Ensure AssemblyInfo is correct
Configure build
Prepare for nuget packaging
