Wiki pages are improperly linked because the links include file extensions #152

Many of links in the documentation wiki display raw markdown pages instead of formatted wiki pages.

This is caused because the links to those pages include the .md file extension, where they shouldn't. This problem is widespread and the best course of action is to review all links on the wiki to ensure that they are all correct.
