Bump version of steam-user to 4.29.1 #179

Fixes login issues with the latest steam updates. Steam now doesn't use sentry file anymore and it was replaced with machine auth token.

P.S. Please correct me if I did update dependencies wrong, I'm not an active Node user, so I just changed version in package.json and ran npm install
