In which file should I edit the query interval for GC?

I'm getting a few errors, for example:

• AccountLoginDeniedThrottle
• Proxy connection timed out
• Error 500 It also occurs Error 403 and rarely 400

I assume that these errors occur because the interval between requests is too small, and if you increase it, the error will pass.

p.s.: my proxies are fine
