2.6.2 - Rho interpreter #271

2.6.2 references Rho as an alternative interpreter, but the GitHub suggests the project has suspended development indefinitely. Unclear if this requires any mention, or it is kept in case the project resumes development at a future date.

The distinction in this statement about Rho in 2.6.2 is unclear:

Of the new interpreters, this is the one that has the most recent development activity (as of April 2016).

As pqrR has a release in 2019, I'm a bit confused with what is meant by "of the new interpreters".
