false number of notifications on the icon #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. it appeared after 2 days of installation
2. first there were always 10 notifications
3. yesterday there were 9.
4. when i click it there's no notifications, but the number is still there on 
the icon.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
correct number of notification

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 64X, latest version i believe

forgot to mention...it never reminds me of actual notifications of msg/reply in 
renren.com though.

renren.com has bugs. They didn't clear new message status on openings.

Try to click its own notification panel on the right-buttom corner of its web 
pages . That will reset the count.
