Profanity and other swear words #217

I'm working on the Extensibility feature and I think that the profanity checker is something we would want to keep. I've downloaded a list of English swear words that Google uses, I could include that, but, that would mean I'm putting a lot of swear words into the repo. I'm not sure on GitHub guidelines on this or what everybody else thinks of this. I could of course add an empty file that the profanity checker uses and administrators can add new words to. Or they can be in the database.

The Content Moderator cognitive service may be good with this, too. It can flag profanity among other things.

Just another option @erwindevreugd, not to step on your toes for what you're doing. 😄
