[FR] provide an option to switch off tiling #21

I find tiling feature (when windows in a single container have to always be organized so, that they occupy all the space in the container) very annoying and would like to be able to switch it off completely.

Tiling also may cause problems by spawning new windows behind visible edges in a container.
