[FR] provide 2 options for configuring "SoTtST" feature #25

SoTtST - Scroll over tabbar to switch tabs, the feature implemented as it was described in #15.

Usually this feature becomes extra awesome with 2 options:

  1. Please, provide an option to switch directions for SoTtSt: some people (including me) prefer scrolling the mouse wheel up to switch to the tab to the left from the active one, not to the tab to the right (as it currently implemented).
  2. Please, provide an option to wrap tabbar's ends, so that with that option enabled you won't ever get stuck on 1 tab, if you scroll only in one direction (when you reach the last tab and continue scrolling to the next tab - the first tab should get activated; and vice-versa: when the first tab is the active one and you make an attempt to switch to the previous tab - the last tab on the tabbar should become active).
