Pandoc apparently looks for four spaces for indentation of lists, and doesn't see two as being sufficient to trigger a sub-bullet. Time to convert all the lists to four space indents rather than two.

I couldn't get pandoc to do my bidding the way I wanted it to, so I converted everything to org mode and exported to html.

I had an issue with the way the tables were coming together on the PDF. The text gets overwritten in the table heading quite often. If the person is using a web browser, this shouldn't happen.
