The solver module will calculate the solution for the discretized problem using various solution methods.
Inputs:
Discretization class, that is able to compute the A and b matrices for a given input parametrization (this can be a velocity field later when nonlinearities will be included), also it is able to convert the solution from mathematical to physical coordinates
A subclass of the Physics class, that will determine the required solution type, for now only linear is used.
Outputs:
The solution of the problem in physical coordinates, which can be a steady state solution, or a time dependent one.
Outputs of the solver - tolerances, solver time etc.
