OFXSpecError for SONRS.language 'FRE' #175

Looks like 'FRE' is not in the supported languages, though Amex (Canada) use this value for 'LANGUAGE' instead of 'FRA'.

Workaround is to pre-parse the 'qfx' file but maybe it should be included ?

In this house we follow the spec.
