Various small improvements of the inventory alignment:

Align character background images like in the original game (matching the background pattern)
Enlarge body item slots to 18x18 to account for the 1px frame (its contents are 16x16px)
Fix Tom's head slot position
Fix render order bug that made frame disappear partially at times
