gosdt sim #109

@csinva I want to send Cynthia Rudin's group the link to this script to that they could improve their code if they wish.

Seems like this makes the tests fail (I guess something is up with the gosdt dependency?) It has been changing a lot so don't want to lean it on it too heavily...

Maybe it's easier to just send this script as a notebook to them if it's not an obvious fix.

Does this work if you reinstall gosdt pip install gosdt? It doesn't work for me (I think the package was recently updated)
