Create MANIFEST.in #98

Hi, I'm trying to get this package onto conda forge, and to do that the license file etc. need to be packaged into the sdist. I've created the MANIFEST.in file here for that to be done automatically. Thanks!

Thanks for making this file and your interesting in the package :smile: ! Happy to include this, but should note that one of our dependencies (mlxtend) isn't available on conda forge so this might not be possible at the moment (there might be a workaround that involves packaging a subset of the models).
