Add shellcheck tests #45

Not a part of regular make test yet as there's some unresolved issues in snazzer-measure and snazzer-receive that require some thought I don't have time for right now.

I added two lines to the travis file so we can test executing this on travis and check its output without making the tests fail currently. I hope you don't mind. :)

Works for me (without having cabal-install, externally installed shellcheck) and for travis! :shipit:
