Bump for 0.0.3 release: breaking changes! #55

Breaking changes to fix https://github.com/csirac2/snazzer/issues/38:

exclude mountpoint / root volume from being snapshotted

Looks fine to me! Only added some minor changelog improvements (mainly linked the section titles to the diffs).

I think the travis fail can be safely ignored for now, as it seems to be some artifact from the version bump.

I'll merge this and tag it now. 😄 🚢

Yeah I should probably fix that: my CHANGELOG.md sanity check didn't cater to building an untagged branch... d'oh.
