Consistently use K'gari across emsarray, sample data and tutorials #133

K'gari (formerly Fraser Island) should be the only name used for this location across all tutorials and examples. The sample data needs updating first, then emsarray itself needs updating to use the new sample data release, then the notebooks need updating to use the new emsarray version
