Find a replacement for GSHHS coastlines #78

The level of detail is nice, but they are very slow to plot. The other coastline options in cartopy are significantly faster, but also significantly lower resolution. Some compromise would be nice.

See #21 for some examples of different errors encountered in different coastline options.

As mentioned in https://github.com/csiro-coasts/emsarray/issues/21#issuecomment-2221842506 the GSHHS coastlines are the best compromise found so far. Recent changes in emsarray allow for users to disable the automatic GSHHS coastlines while plotting so that they can add their own coastlines.

I am closing this issue for now. If a more suitable coastline provider is found this issue can be reopened and emsarray can switch to using that new one.
