Results presentation v2

Input: Standardised, (close to) stable JSON file captures all (simulated ) read alignment results for all alignment modes, all tools, versions, param sets. For each result it also includes metadata (tool, read simulation, reference).

Challenge: Depending on the run, the number of data points to be displayed can range from a handful up to undetermined.

Output: HTML report with interactive table or tables, allowing for filtering and sorting records

these could be either displayed as separate charts or displayed depending on filtering settings in a dynamic table/dashboard?
