Errors episode has a lot of overlap with exceptions episode from the advanced course #59

I think we should consider consolidation of the material. In general, I think that the exceptions episode from the advanced course is more clearly written and comprehensive. Of course, this needs review by others.

Options:

  1. replace the errors episode with the exceptions one and move it into the python course
  2. replace the current errors episode with a subset of the exceptions one
