ZeusTracker offline #369

# Since December 2014, ZeuS Tracker is running on new hardware. So far,
# only the web GUI and ZeuS Tracker's database is running on the new
# server. Due to lack of time I didn't managed to move the script
# backend to the new server yet. Unfortunately, the 8+ year old server
# that is still running the ZeuS Tracker script backend once again
# crashed in October 2015.

# I've been reaching out to the sponsoring hosting company several times
# now. Unfortunately, I didn't managed to get a hold of anyone, causing
# that script server is still offline and hence the ZeuS Tracker
# database didn't received any updates for weeks now.

# To prevent causing false positives (FP), I've decided to (hopefully
# only temporary) shut down ZeuS Tracker.

# I hope that I'll manage to reach someone at the sponsoring hosting
# company sooner or later to bring the server up and running again and
